How are the sales counted ?
When an order is placed on your web site, a link will be immediately made available to you in order to generate the customer's order in high definition. The generation of the image counts among your transacted orders.
My products are not present in your catalog
If your products are specific to your company or your product's photos belong to you, we will integrate them on request and they will remain accessible only to your account.
Will the customer have the feeling that he is leaving my website when he is doing a personalization ?
Absolutely not!
Although GrooveFX application opens in a central window (not a pop-up), it has an accurate reflection of your website (logo, style buttons).
Per request, or if you provide us with visuals, you can also customize the visual effects or integrate your own font writing.
Where are stored my customers original photos ?
We store the original photos on Amazon S3 Cloud in a scalable space that is dedicated to you.
You can keep your photos on your own servers in parallel as well.
Does your solution comes with a Prestashop integration ?
As of today , our business is focused mainly on the development of the application , therefore, we do not offer integrations. In this context, we opted for a partnership with a certified integrator Prestashop. The cost of Prestashop turnkey integration is 199 €.
And regarding Woocommerce?
A free plugin is available on wordpress.org. Install and that's all!
Your price € 0.98 HT is unique regardless of the object?
The price is indeed unique to the object.
The rate is based on personalization or per object ?
Example: 40 mugs of the same personalization will be charged € 0.98 x 40 HT ?
The rate is based ONLY on personalization and not based on the number of objects. Therefore, 40 mugs with the same personalization will cost you € 0.98 excl.
What is the resolution (dpi) of the generated print file? What is its extension ?
The resolution of the printable file will vary depending on the size of the final object. The resolution is 300 DPI for smaller items to 100 DPI for very large formats.
usually 100 JPG quality, PNG when transparency is required (textile) or PDF if vector data is incorporated.
